Any such submissions are either returned to the sender without being reviewed or deleted or discarded without being reviewed by us. Therefore, please do not send any unsolicited submissions to us.
Our intention is to avoid the possibility of any future misunderstandings or misinterpretations when projects developed by our professional staff, or under our direction might seem similar to your own creative work.
In any event should you communicate, post, embed, display or in any way distribute such unsolicited submissions to us, you agree that you do not make these in confidence or trust and that not confidential or fiduciary relationship is intended or created between you and us in any way and that you have no expectation of any review, compensation or consideration of any type. In making such submissions you hereby grant to Sunrise Animation Studios and its subsidiaries, affiliates and related entities the free and unfettered worldwide, non-exclusive, sub-licensable, assignable, transferrable, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, publically perform, publically display, digitally perform, make, sell, offer to sell, in any way exploit your unsolicited submission in any media now known or hereafter developed, for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without compensation to you or any provider or owner or author of the unsolicited submission.
You hereby release our company, and its subsidiaries, affiliates and related entitles, respective directors and members, to the maximum extent permitted in law, of and from, and irrevocably waive any and all claims, costs, demands, liability, fees, penalties and other expenses of whatsoever kind which may exist or may arise relating to and arising out of and in connection with any unsolicited submission and/or use or distribution by us of such unsolicited submission.
